Jennifer Lopez dropped a telling song amid her marital strife with Ben Affleck.

On Sunday, July 7, Lopez marked the anniversary of the release of her "Cambia el Paso" music video by reposting it on Instagram. The powerful song, which she co-wrote, has a powerful message about taking control and having a lover who does not deserve her.

"Her life is better now without him ... she doesn't need anyone to be well / She does not fail, she does not fail," the translated lyrics read. "He doesn't deserve to have her in his arms."

Lopez celebrated the milestone amid her and Affleck's marriage troubles, which were first put under the spotlight after they became absent from the public for a month. The Justice League actor also fueled divorce rumors when he moved out of their marital home.

Amid the lengthy marriage issues, Lopez's mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez, reportedly wants her daughter to leave her relationship behind.

"Jennifer's mom told her, 'Cut your losses and move on to avoid getting any deeper in this mess,'" the source said, adding the matriarch believed her daughter "wasted years believing that Ben was some kind of knight in shining armor."

Despite the divorce buzz, Lopez and Affleck have continuously worn their wedding bands in public.

For what it's worth, more sources came forward suggesting that the pair have only been staying together for business.

"They've sunk a fortune into building up this joint brand," a source told In Touch. "So much time and money has been spent preparing all these different projects that they were both so gung-ho on just a few months ago, and now it's pretty much all down the drain because everything was based on their Bennifer brand."

On the other hand, Affleck is said to have snapped and "lost control" as he has reached his breaking point amid the marital problems.
