An insider close to the couple told Page Six that although Jennifer Lopez remained "smitten" with Ben Affleck, she had already sought "health, happiness and joy" for herself and her family.
"Nothing can break her spirit," the source revealed. "She wants to have a summer full of fun and laughter.
The insider also claimed that Lopez and Affleck's chances of reconciling their marriage have become "slim" over the past few months.
Earlier this month, a source close to the outlet also revealed that the couple's marriage was allegedly over for months. Although they were apart already, Affleck is still "very protective of Jennifer."
The Daily Mail insiders recently revealed that the singer has "given up" on her marriage with Affleck.
"Jenny has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it's not getting any better, it's worse," the source confirmed.
According to the music industry source, Lopez is now "trying to make the best" of her time by focusing on her children - Max and Emme - and her career goals for the following year. It turns out that Lopez has a plan for her now-canceled This Is Me Live tour.
"She is excited about going on tour next year when her personal life is on calmer ground and she can connect with her fans. She will take her tribe with her and make the most of it," the source added.
Lopez canceled her This Is Me Live.. Tour last May 2023 after reports of dismal ticket sales. However, she cited a different reason for canceling the All-Hits tour, saying she wanted to spend more time with her family.

Meanwhile, the source also revealed that Lopez was "shocked" by how the public had perceived her during her split with Affleck.
"Ben is a great guy but he can be grumpy and a downer. I think the world saw that in photos like when they were at the Grammys last year; he wouldn't smile. If they saw how it really was, they would not attack her," the insider confirmed. "He chain smokes and cusses and seems irritated a lot of the time. Great director and actor, but not a lot of laughs with him, you know?"
Since rumors about Affleck and Lopez's marital fallout emerged, many insiders and reports say they're heading toward a divorce.
Many had suggested various reasons for the couple's fallout; some said it was a difference in lifestyle, while others claimed it was a difference in their expression of love and privacy.
