After their recent controversies, the Cyrus family may be embroiled in a family drama. However, they would still support each other no matter what, especially since one member follows in Billy Ray's footsteps as a musician.

According to People magazine, Braison took the stage of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville for the first time, accompanied by his famous father, who considered their set a "full-circle moment."

"Talk about a full-circle moment. Literally standing in the sacred circle with my son Braison Chance Cyrus by my side... I have never been more proud," he said in a statement.

The 30-year-old musician debuted his music career in 2021 with the release of his first album, Javelina, and he felt honored to be performing with his father, especially since the venue is such a legendary stage that previously welcomed some of the most prominent artists in the country music industry.

"I love hanging out with my dad, riding dirt bikes and going on walks, but every now and again it's great to hop on stage with him and do what we are both most passionate about and best at, which is playing music," Braison added.

The father-and-son duo performed several tracks together, accompanied by a band Billy Ray has been working with for 30 years.

In addition to the special moment on stage, Billy Ray noted that it was his first time using Porter Wagoner's dressing room, saying, "Porter was the first to really become my true friend from the Opry. Porter gave me the idea to wear those pants I had on."

The news comes amid Billy Ray's drama with some of his family members, including his ex-wife, Tish Cyrus, and his daughter, Miley Cyrus.

However, a source told In Touch Weekly that a reunion between the singer and the Hannah Montana actress is possible now that he's in the middle of a divorce proceeding with his estranged wife, Firerose, whom he was married for seven months.

Miley has reportedly told her father that Firerose was "an opportunist," which resulted in her father stopping talking to her.

"With Firerose out of the picture, she's willing to at least try to repair the damage and once again have a loving relationship with him," the source said.
