Drake Waiting to Date Jennifer Lopez After Her Divorce From Ben Affleck: 'Ready to Show Her a Good Time'

Is Drake the next man for Jennifer Lopez?

Amid the marital issues and divorce buzz between Lopez and Ben Affleck, reports suggested that the "Dance Again" singer has reached out to her exes - including Drake - for comfort. A source exclusively told In Touch that the "U My Everything" rapper, 37, might be up for a second chance with her.

"Of course Drake isn't going to hook up with her while she's still married," the insider said, noting Drake has only been waiting for Lopez to become single again. "He'd never cross that line. But once things are officially done with Ben [Affleck], he'll be ready and waiting to show her a good time."

According to the source, Lopez sees Drake as an option after he dropped hints over the past years. Things could work between them, as well, as the "LAUGH NOW CRY LATER" rapper reportedly has a crush on the Atlas actress.

The insider continued, "He says that what they shared all those years ago was incredible. He never pushed for more then, but everyone knows he would have loved to seriously date her. Drake may have a shot because they never got serious."

Drake and Lopez were first linked in 2016 after the rapper supported her during her All I Have Las Vegas Residency. They also posted photos showing Lopez lying on his lap and the pair cozying up at a party.

At the time, a source told E! they were having fun.

However, the "Let's Get Loud" hitmaker debunked the dating buzz while appearing in an interview on The Daily Show.

Lopez's mother, Guadalupe Rodriguez, is also said to be supporting her amid the tough times in her marriage. The matriarch reportedly would like her to move on from Affleck, as well.

"Lopez's mom told her, 'Cut your losses and move on to avoid getting any deeper in this mess,'" a source told the Daily Mail. "She told her that she's wasted years believing that [Affleck] was some kind of knight in shining armor. He was not the person she built him up to be. It's taken too much of a toll on her and because of this she has lost sight of who she is and what she stands for."

Apart from Drake and Affleck, Lopez was also linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs, Beau Smart and Alex Rodriguez.

Lopez was also married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.
