Billie Eilish's six-night residency at the O2 Arena did not sell out, as fans pointed to high ticket prices as the reason for the lackluster sales for her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour in 2025.
The tour includes six shows at the iconic arena in the UK, known for its 20,000-seat capacity.
Despite the success of her most recent album, which reached the top of the UK and US charts, ticket sales for Eilish's upcoming tour have not shown the same enthusiasm.
Plenty of seating options remain available for the "Bad Guy" singer's concerts on the AXS platform, the authorized ticket vendor for the O2.
However, the steep pricing of these tickets has stirred displeasure among fans.
Standing tickets start at $188, and securing a seat in the lower tier will cost fans a staggering $504 per ticket.
@heyitsandy said on X, "I'm glad Billie Eilish can't sell out or even marginally fill any of her three dates at the O2 arena because the only way we will get cheaper ticket prices is by not buying hugely overpriced tickets. $304 being the cheapest ticket is ridiculous."
@cazolime also said, "t's disgusting actually I would love to see Billie but those tickets prices stopped me in my tracks!!! Doesn't feel like that long ago I paid £25 to see Gaga at the O2, what the hell has happened."
On a Reddit thread, one person said, "No one should pay 400 dollars to go see Billie Eillish. She is a talented artist. But she isn't worth spending half week paycheck."
"I really like Billie and love her new album but her incessantly criticizing other artists for greedy business tactics and then being a perpetrator herself is really hypocritical," said another Redditor.

However, fans are suggesting a quick fix to ensure every seat is filled to achieve a "sold-out" show.
One user on the same Reddit thread said, "May I suggest lowering the prices? It's not that she doesn't have the fans to go, they just can't afford it. I'm not even a big fan of hers but I would go just for fun if it didn't cost an arm and a leg."
Another agreed, saying, "This is how I feel. If tickets were $75 - $100 I would go to concerts all the time for artists I even vaguely liked. I can't think of anyone I'd pay $300 to see."
A third said, "The real enemy is always greed," while another added, "They're also sending a clear message to their fans that they don't give a shit, which is an awful awful thing to do."
However, according to Eilish's store website, some states in the US and parts of Europe have already sold out shows.
