Do we finally know what caused the tensions in Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage?
A recent report claims the Batman v. Superman actor is upset over his alleged deteriorating marriage with the 54-year-old singer-actress, as reported by OK! magazine, via Page Six.
One source said the stark differences in their lifestyles posed a challenge for them.
Affleck was allegedly optimistic about the prospects of his relationship with Lopez; after all, they broke up two decades ago and rekindled their romance in 2021.
They told the outlet, "Jennifer was Ben's dream woman. It was drama all the time. He's feeling down about it and is upset and depressed it didn't work out, even though he knows ending it is the right thing to do."
A different source shared insights into potential issues that may have arisen, shedding light on the extensive entourage that "Jenny From the Block" singer surrounds herself with.
"Jennifer has a big entourage that follows her around daily - glam squad, videographers, photographers, assistants, trainers."
"She's tried to make Ben understand that being Jennifer Lopez is a 24/7 job. She is her brand, she lives and breathes it while Ben can leave his work at the door if he chooses to."
Another insider revealed that Lopez managed to stay positive despite the circumstances.
"Maintaining a positive outlook is important to her; she is determined not to be portrayed in a negative light."

Lopez and Affleck recently marked the two-year milestone of their Las Vegas weddings on July 16.
However, they celebrated the special day in a low-key way by marking the day quietly, with each of them in separate locations across the country.
In contrast to Lopez's silence on Instagram, Affleck actually prefers being private and quiet.
The Gone Girl star, who opts to stay off social media, has openly discussed the differences in privacy boundaries between himself and the "Get Right" singer regarding their relationship.
In the documentary The Greatest Love Story Never Told, Affleck confessed, "Getting back together, I said, 'Listen, one of the things I don't want is a relationship on social media."
"We're just two people with different approaches trying to learn to compromise."
