Metallica's Helping Hands Concert and Auction will have a fourth edition.
The band announced Monday that it will perform at the 2024 Helping Hands Concert and Auction on Dec. 13 at Los Angeles' YouTube Theater.
Jimmy Kimmel will once again host the event. The lineup of the guest stars is yet to be announced.
"We're psyched to announce we're adding one more show to the calendar this year," the heavy metal band wrote on Instagram. "Our @allwithinmyhandsfoundation's Helping Hands Concert & Auction returns to Los Angeles."
Metallica's All Within My Hands Foundation will receive all profits from auctioned-off items and tickets.
The sale of tickets for this year's event begins at 10 a.m. PT on Friday. According to a Metallica fan group's website, fans who are traveling from outside of California can buy the travel packages.

In December 2022, Metallica also held the Helping Hands Concert and Auction and raised $3 million directly toward funding the organization's initiative to support disaster relief, career education, and combat hunger. The last show featured Tony Hawk, St. Vincent, Greta Van Fleet, and Robert Downey Jr.
The heavy metal band founded the organization in 2017. Since then, they have raised over $15 million, with over $4 million going toward fighting food insecurity and $8 million going toward grants for technical education programs.
In the meantime, Metallica will begin the next leg of their ongoing "M72 World Tour" in North America on Aug. 2 and 4.
Next month, the group will play two-night residencies in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Minneapolis. Then, they will perform four nights in Mexico City in late September.
Metallica is touring with bands such as Ice Nine Kills, Pantera, Mammoth WVH, and Five Finger Death Punch.
