U.K. fans strongly disapprove of the "ridiculous" ticket prices for Sabrina Carpenter's shows.

Embarking on her solo arena "Short n' Sweet Tour," the "Espresso" singer is not shying away from setting high ticket prices this time, especially after having been mentored by 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift and even opening for her on the "Eras Tour."

However, Carpenter's ticket prices have surged from £25 ($32) to a staggering £250 ($323), a tenfold increase compared to the previous tour.

Despite her growing popularity, some diehard fans argued on social media that she is still considered relatively new in the industry and hasn't reached a level of fame that justifies the high ticket prices.

Some have pointed out that unlike big artists like Swift and Beyoncé who command high ticket prices for their shows at the O2 arena, Carpenter has only two popular singles and two moderately successful songs under her belt.

Numerous individuals also voiced their frustrations on X, formerly Twitter, after being abruptly removed from the Ticketmaster queue due to a sudden surge in traffic that caused the website to crash. This unexpected turn made securing a seat on Carpenter's upcoming arena tour feel more challenging than the previous struggle to obtain Swift's "Eras Tour" tickets.

One user, @lolasneondress, tweeted, "'i'm working late' because I'm trying to get Sabrina Carpenter UK tour tickets, and the Ticketmaster hates me, and the price of these tickets is very high."

A second user, @notjacie, complained about the prices, writing: "Tickets last year were £25; how can anyone justify over £250??"

Another furious fan, @laratrev, wrote: "What the f**k does this even mean? Short is 'let's whack on £100 more on each ticket just [because] we can and give no other benefit' £240 for higher tier tickets to Sabrina, Taylor wasn't even that much. F**k off O2 London."

"Waited in the queue for Sabrina Carpenter tickets only for them to be £234 each... for a show at the O2... let's be serious please," @rubynaldrett wrote.

"Sabrina Carpenter tickets in Dublin being sold for €207-€282 each?? That's literally more than VIP but it's exactly the same as the normal tickets? Have people lost their minds? I sincerely hope nobody buys these to let @TicketmasterIre know THIS IS NOT MARKET VALUE," claimed @misskate_xo.

"How in the fresh hell is a Sabrina Carpenter ticket more expensive than a Taylor Swift ticket, almost £300 seated not even VIP????" @earth2m0lls questioned. "Burn down the basement ticketmaster is ran out of I'm so serious."

User @chlogillespiex tweeted, "Taylor Swift is an icon who has been around for years and put on a 3.5 hour show, and even her ticket prices were too expensive. How on earth does Sabrina Carpenter, who has AT MOST four well known songs, justify charging anywhere near the same price? I like her, but come on."

Carpenter revealed plans to go on a European and U.K. tour in spring 2025. Taking to social media in June, the singer expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming "Short n' Sweet Tour" across the pond.

"I can't wait to be singing with you all soon," she said.

Additionally, it was announced that Rachel Chinouriri will be accompanying her as the support act for the tour.

The "Please, Please, Please" singer is also going on a North American tour from August until November, according to Variety.
