Kanye West surprised his longtime business manager John Monopoly with a lavish birthday present that deeply touched him.

In videos posted by the business manager via Instagram Stories and shared by The Shade Room and TMZ, West, accompanied by his wife Bianca Censori and friends, gathered for a dinner to commemorate Monopoly's 48th birthday this week.

Monopoly expressed astonishment by shaking his head and exclaiming, "He gave me a car," as he proudly showed off a key card for a Tesla Cybertruck.

Amid the conversation, West, who has an estimated net worth of $400 million, interjected from the background to clarify, "It's not a car, it's a truck."

"This dude right here is trying to make me cry," Monopoly joked, gesturing toward West. "I'm not [going to] cry this time."

However, while fans are shocked by West's generosity amid rumors of financial turmoil, many couldn't help but notice that his wife bared her chest completely in a see-through outfit during the birthday dinner many people attended.

"So she just gonna sit there naked while they eat dinner? Oh, ok," one person commented on The Shade Room's post.

Another wrote, outraged, "How do you feel comfortable to sit naked in public, at your husband's friends dinner[?] At a table full of people EATING....IN PUBLIC... in front of a bunch of men... NAKED?"

"Everybody dressed like it's winter in the summer and his wife is naked...," a third person wrote, while a fourth commented, "I'm kind of old school, I don't know that I would be comfortable with my homie's wife/girlfriend sitting with me topless."

This comes amid West's highly-anticipated follow-up album, "Vultures 2," which he released in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

West and Ty Dolla $ign surprised fans with a 16-track album that debuted on Yeezy.com and various streaming services.

"Vultures 2" had been repeatedly delayed, originally set to drop in March before being pushed back to May. However, when May 3 arrived, there was no sign of the album.

In a conversation with Billboard in June, Ty Dolla $ign discussed the sequel project, saying, "Certain people will probably expect you to just do the same exact sound. But that sound's already out."
