After a three-day coma and a visit from Nicki Minaj, R&B crooner August Alsina has been released from the hospital. Upon his release, he is still expected to tour with Usher in November.
Alsina fell into a coma after collapsing off stage during an NYC performance on his Testimony Live Tour last week. According to TMZ, the "No Love" singer is recovering at home in New Orleans.
His rep reportedly told the entertainment news outlet doctors are prescribing lots of rest before he attempts the tour, which kicks off Nov. 1 in Montreal.

"Healthy enough to b Discharged from the hospital today... Scariest time of my life.. but im a soulja & so is God.Thankyou for your prayers," he tweeted on Sept. 23.
Prior to his release, Alsina's "No Love" collaborator Nicki Minaj paid him a visit in the hospital. "August, u know, I'm here to save u. still praying for my lil bro. He's doing better," Minaj posted on Instagram, along with a photo of her and Alsina, who still had tubes in his nose.

"iWoke up out of a 3 day coma... &This guy @banggang_moneyteam right here never once left my side. What I'm tryna say is cherish the ones in life who cherish you & take good care of yourself. Your life can be gone in a split second'.
