Another week goes by and another member of a Love & Hip Hop cast is busted by the feds. This time federal agents raided Love & Hip Hop Hollywood's Mally Mall's million dollar compound in Vegas. No, he wasn't foolish enough to be photographed with a firearm while on probation, but it still sounds like the producer is in trouble for human trafficking, of all things.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal:
FBI agents Monday morning raided the Las Vegas home and escort service of rapper Mally Mall in an investigation into human trafficking. Agents assigned to the FBI's public corruption squad, which also investigates civil rights violations, executed search warrants at Mall's home listed under the name of Jamal Rashid, according to county records. Joseph Dickey, the supervisor of the public corruption squad, declined to provide details of the investigation. Mall, who also is a hip hop producer, has associated with an number of music stars, including Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown and Drake. Animal control officers were called to Mall's home during the raid. He is known to be a lover of exotic animals.
Remember a few weeks ago when Mall had had his custom Maybach made bulletproof so that he wouldn't have to worry about being targeted in a drive by? Well, if there is a shred of truth to these charges then it sounds like Mall's true line of work might have been a whole lot shadier than anything Chris Brown has been accused of doing.
We know that Mall isn't exactly a loyal guy and he seems pretty open about his need to juggle chicks on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, but do you think that he was actually running an escort service with illegally obtained women? Is this scandal going to blow up or will it fizzle out with Mall walking away unscathed?
