The Taste of Country Music Festival 2015 has gotten a massive helping of one of the genre's biggest stars. Today (Oct. 1), the annual country music gathering announced that it has booked Keith Urban as one of the fest's main headliners.
According to Taste of Country, the "Somewhere in My Car" singer joins fellow country music juggernaut Tim McGraw as a festival headliner. As of now, the two main acts are the only announced performers at the 2015 festival. By the end of fest announcements, over two dozen acts will be added to the lineup.
The Taste of Country Music Festival is expanding greatly for 2015 with its all-star lineup. This year's addition, which took place from June 12 to 15, included headliners such as Brad Paisley and Hank Williams Jr. Dierks Bentley, Brantley Gilbert, Randy Houser, Jamie Lynn Spears and more also played the 2014 edition.
The 2015 installment of the Taste of Country Music Festival will take place from June 12 to 14. The festival takes place at the Hunter Mountain in Hunter, New York.
A pre-sale for Taste of Country readers is ongoing. A three-day pass runs from $135 to $1350 for the "Super Outlaw Pass." An "Ultimate Outlaw" pass is also listed, but fans must call for those ticket details, meaning it surely runs a pretty penny. General tickets will go on sale Oct. 8.
