Ty Dolla $ign's Tour Bus Pulled Over, Reportedly Had 40 Grams Of Marijuana Inside

Ty Dolla $ign's tour bus was reportedly busted for having 40 grams of marijuana onboard this week, but Ty refuses to cop to it.

From TMZ: According to Blue Mounds police chief Andrew Rose ... Ty's bus slowed down early Wednesday morning for equipment failure. Cops pulled over the bus to make sure everything was cool ... but officers say they were quickly blown away by the smell of pot.

Cops say they found about an ounce and a half of weed, and cited 7 people -- including Ty -- for possession and/or paraphernalia.

There was a problem with all of that, though; Ty's reps claim the rapper was in Omaha at the time. The punishment doesn't sound too bad, though, as TMZ claims the rapper simply needs to pay a $500 ticket.

Ty's American In Too Deep Tour will continue through the end of November, with international dates picking up in January.

One of Ty's most recent projects was the Lupe Fiasco single "Next To It."

As our own Joey DeGroot previously reported, Fiasco claimed his label Atlantic Records is holding back the release of new album Tetsuo & Youth until he gives them "a pop single," and said that in the meantime he is "putting together a mini-project while they find one for me." This "mini-project" Fiasco is referring to is a new mixtape cleverly titled Lost in the Atlantic, which he says was recorded "with a bunch of my friends to stay active and happy."
