Ludacris Unveils Cover Art for Upcoming EP 'Burning Bridges'

Ludacris has been occupying himself with other ventures in the entertainment business, but that does not mean he has forgotten about his roots in hip-hop. He took to Instagram last night to unveil the cover art for his upcoming EP Burning Bridges, which is set to drop Dec. 16, via MTV. He also hints at a Google play release in his Instagram post. He announced the EP a week and half ago on Twitter, where he also provided details on his long-anticipated ninth studio album Ludaversal. He revealed the EP was coming in December and did not specify what date, but did appear to provide a release date for Ludaversal, which will drop March 31, coincidentally five days before the release of Fast & Furious 7.

Ludacris has been a star in the Fast & Furious movie series since its inception, and now its potentially biggest volume yet. Ludacris has been busy helping promote the film. He is also getting into the restaurant business, looking to open up a new "Chicken & Beer" restaurant, the same name as his successful third studio album, in Hartsfield-Jackson ATL International Airport.

He has also been out on the red carpet, hosting the Billboard Music Awards earlier this year and earning the BMI President's Award from BMI. With all that, Ludacris still has time to make music, dropping freestyles regularly on his SoundCloud page and is finally ready to unveil some new, original music.

He has also taken to memes on social media, using the hashtag #NowThat'sLudacis for happenings that are just that — Ludicrous. We have heard Luda on features over the past few years, but not much in the way of original material, so this will be great to see what he has been working on this whole time.
