Skrillex's label OWSLA was invited to host and curate their own stage at ID&T's TomorrowWorld this past September. Skrillex and his friends did what they did best on that Saturday and the label was able to get it on video. They have released a short and sweet video recap of what went down at the Georgia festival.
The OWSLA stage played host to label signees and affiliates Alex Metric, David Heartbreak, YOGI, who became known for his single "Burial," alongside Pusha T, Valentino Khan, Milo & Otis, Jack Beats and others. Skrillex topped things off on his stage and then went over to the main stage to play a headlining set there.
The video features some recent tracks on the label, including the Skrillex and Trollphace remix of the aforementioned "Burial," which has become a favorite of many It also premiers a new track "Can't Get Enough" from Toronto group, Torro Torro, which does not have a release date as of yet.
Skrillex has had a busy holiday period with the label. He partnered with Twitch to live stream his holiday party from a location in Los Angeles, where the Grammy-award winning producer, DJ premiered his remix alongside Diplo as their duo Jack Ü for Beyoncé's "7/11." The label also released a special compilation titled Eggnog where all proceeds went to benefit charity Bridges For Music.
TomorrowWorld has already announced the dates for 2015 and tickets are on sale now for early-planners.
