Kygo has unveiled the music video for his new single "Stole the Show" featuring the vocals of New York City-based singer/songwriter Parson James. Written and directed by Saman Kesh, the video is set somewhere in the countryside where a Halloween party is happening at somebody's log cabin. The party is crashed by an alien in a space suit, who is spotted by the authorities and dub the situation a "code red."
Since it is Halloween, the extra terrestrial intelligence (ETI) fits right in with the rest of the costumed individuals as someone hands it a miniature spaceman upon entry. As one might expect, Kygo shows up out of the blue to play the party and once this happens, the ETI breaks out some incredible dance moves that could only be described as out of this world.
The alien collapses and the partygoers surround it concerned but a second one, presumably its partner arrives and revives it with some otherworldly dance moves of its own. They stand together in a embrace that appears to be love and blast off back to space as American officials close in on them, exposing an intolerance from the government towards new peoples, whereas the partygoers seemed open to them. In addition to the music video, Kygo has shared a short behind the scenes clip that shows extras learning some dance moves, Kygo talking about the experience of filming the video and the director, Saman Kesh, discussing why he decided to go in this direction with the video.
