Iggy Azalea: to getting breast implants
"I love them so much I had to talk about them!" Azalea said. "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small.' I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!' I'd feel better not to have some secret. It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."
The rapper had a big 2014 with her New Classic LP and the monster hit "Fancy." Azalea is currently working on the follow-up to the album after being rejuvenated musically by Britney Spears, who will join her on the single "Pretty Girls."
"I love Britney. She's super sweet and I just want to hang out with her all the time," Azalea said about the pop icon. "I saw her at Toys R Us randomly; she lives right down the street from me. Since I've met her now we keep bumping into each other in the street."
Azalea's new album could be out by the end of 2015 thanks to Britney's inspiration.
The rapper hinted at the direction of the album recently, comparing the process of putting together her first one to what's going on nowadays.
"My first album got pushed back so many times and it was really, probably like two years of recording on and off, not the entire time, but it was a real struggle and I think that was something that really like reflected in my album a lot — I talk about trying to make it, trying to break through," she said. "So my second album, now I don't have this problem. So I hope it's a little bit more up-tempo and just really fun. I just want to have something so summer and so girly, so loud and obnoxious and braggadocios."
Azalea will kick off her North American tour next month in Fresno, California. Check out all of those dates here.
