HAIM is holding its strong presence in the music scene coming into 2014. They're kicking things off with a live show at KROQ's Red Bull Sound Space at 1pm Central today, January 15th. You can stream it live here on KROQ's website, and for up to 24 hours thereafter.
The trio was nominated for the upcoming Brit Awards, to which they responded they were honored and "kinda can't believe it." Even more recently it was announced they're also up for many a NME Award. HAIM tweeted: WE ARE NOMINATED FOR 6 NME AWARDS! THANK YOU FOR VOTING, WE ARE READY TO RAGE!
HAIM is headed abroad for tons of shows the rest of the winter into March. They'll land back in California this April, coming full circle. And yes, they'll be making a much-anticipated appearance at Coachella. They then bounce around the States before heading overseas yet again for Slottsfjell and Latitude Festivals. The Days Are Gone days are far from numbered. In short, it's going to be a show-packed year for the ladies -- and fans are very grateful.
KROQ was lucky to book them before they fly off on their massive international tour. In November, Blink-182 played the Red Bull Sound Space. You can check out past performances there from Arctic Monkeys, Matt & Kim, Portugal. The Man and more.
HAIM fans, read our exclusive interview with the band from VH1's "You Oughta Know" event in late November.
