Born Alana Mychal Haim on December 15, 1991, the singer is now 32 years old. She is a member of the popular pop group named after her last name along with her sisters Danielle and Este. She is the youngest one among the three of them.
She was born in Los Angeles, California, but she spent her early days in San Fernando Valley. It appears that music has been a part of her life since her childhood as she grew up in a family who loves music.
Alana Haim's Whole Family Was Focused on Music
Some of her musical influences came from her parents, her dad Mordechai "Moti" Haim was a drummer in a choir group while her mom, Donna Rose, was a folk singer and she even joined "The Gong Show" back in the 70s.
At an early age, Alana and her sisters were taught to play different instruments and Alana landed on the percussion when she was only four years old.

The family formed their band named Rockinhaim and they had a concert in 2000. Some of the tracks they performed were from iconic rock groups and they later performed in fundraising events as well as local fairs.
Later in Life, Alana dropped out of school to focus on her career in music.
Alana Haim Becomes a Successful Musician with Haim
Haim was formed in 2007 and they released their first-ever EP in 2012. Following this, they became successful and appeared at some music festivals.
Jay-Z later discovered them and gave them the biggest opportunity of their career, which was signing them under his label called Roc Nation in 2012. They also signed under Columbia Records and their massive fame took off from there.
Since then the group released several projects such as "Days Are Gone," "Women in Music Pt. III," "Something to Tell You," and many more.
The band went on to get several nominations from massive awards shows like the Grammy Awards.
In addition to music, Alana Haim also has a career in the world of acting as she debuted in the movie "Licorice Pizza."
