Ke$ha sends another Twitter update from rehab for eating disorder: 'This is really hard and necessary work'

Singer Ke$ha has once again spoken out from rehab. After getting an unnamed friend to tweet for her on Jan 21, the "Timber" singer has somehow gained access to Twitter in rehab and taken to the social media site herself to give her animals an update and thank them for their support.

"Hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and support," she wrote. "I couldn't do this without you."

Ke$ha's message of gratefulness to her fans comes two days after she gave a friend Twitter access and asked them to thank fans for support and for making "Timber," he collaborative single with Pitbull, the No. 1 song in the country. "She says 'THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever. Ohhh and she can't believe 'Timber' is still number one! 'Fck YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!'" the friend tweeted.

In true Ke$ha fashion, a few hours later, the unnamed source asked fans for more teeth so the pop star can make art while in treatment.

Ke$ha is in rehab for an eating disorder. She entered herself into treatment earlier this month reportedly for bulimia.

Since she entered rehab, Ke$ha's mother Pebe Sebert has blamed her producer Dr. Luke largely for the eating disorder, saying he called her a "refrigerator" and told her to lost weight "through any means possible." Dr. Luke has denied such statements.
