It seems like it was just yesterday that Ariana Grande released her sophomore album My Everything, but she's already getting ready for record number three. And now, that album has a title and one song track name. In a direct message with an Arianator over the weekend, the "One Last Time" singer revealed that her new LP will be titled Moonlight.
Fans of Grande's will know that she's been tossing around the phrase "moonlight" a lot lately and the 21-year-old star even inked her neck with a crescent moon. But, the phrase wasn't just another spooky alternative to daytime, it was a subtle hint for what's to come.
In a DM, a fan asked Grande if the phrase "moonlight" was a new song or album title... and Grande revealed that it was actually both.
Shortly after making the revelatory statement to her fan, Grande changed her Twitter profile simply to "Moonlight" and tweeted out a series of lyrics to the album's as-of-yet untitled intro.
Moonlight will be Grande's third studio album, following the release of 2013's Yours Truly and last year's My Everything. Concrete details of the album are forthcoming.
