Outkast is continuing its mission to absolutely dominate the festival scene in 2014. In January, the "Hey Ya" duo promised to perform at an astounding 40 different venues this year. After announcing dates at Coachella, New York's Governor's Ball and the Hangout Fest, Outkast have added one more 2014 date: Drake's OVO Fest.
According to Consequence Of Sound, Outkast will be one of two headliners for the August festival, the other (of course) being OVO founder Drake himself.
Now in its fifth incarnation, the OVO Fest will return to Drake's hometown at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre on August 3 and 4.
Past OVO Fests have included Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Jay Z and Eminem, just to name a few of hip-hop's heavyweights.
Other performers have yet to be announced, but rap fans can expect an all-star line-up.
Ticket's for the fifth annual OVO Fest will go on sale Feb. 21. More information is available at octobersveryown.blogspot.com.
