Influential New York City promoter Rob Fernandez has passed away, according to numerous sources on social media. Fernandez was a noted promoter in NYC who helped shape the way the city dances, throwing parties at clubs all over the city like Pacha NYC, Cielo and starting his own company RPM Presents with Pacha NYC don Eddie Dean.
