Over the weekend OVO leader Drake made his debut on the OVO Sound Radio segment of Apple's Beats 1 this Friday with a two-hour set. The rapper, alongside OVO cofounder Oliver El-Khatib and producer Eric Dingus, rocked out on the premiere and also blessed fans with three new songs.
According to Rap Up, during Drake's segment—where he flexed his muscles as a celebrity DJ—the 6 God played an eclectic mix of records from Justin Bieber, The Weeknd and Popcaan. They also debuted a pair of remixes including Wizkid's "Ojuelegba" and Ramriddlz' "Sweeterman."
He recently collaborated with Nigerian rapper Wizkid on the remix of "Ojuelegba." In addition to Drake jumping on new remixes with Ramrizzlz's for "Sweeterman" and rumored OVO signee Roy Wood$ for "Little Bit of Drama."
Drake is no stranger when it comes to working with artists on the rise which is apparent from his track record in working with the the likes of stars such as Future, Migos, iLoveMakonnen, Tinashe and more.
Drake's features on songs like Tinashe's "2 On" and Fetty Wap's "My Way" may prove the rapper has the Midas touch when it comes to his bars gracing the tracks of fellow artists.
