The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon continued its parade of mega-performances and stars during its inaugural week on Thursday night (Feb. 20), when massive stadium alt-rockers Arcade Fire stormed the stage for a performance of the Reflektor cut "Afterlife."
Starting out on a stage that's more like a wide, white runway, the ever-increasing number of Arcade Fire members wore a variety of black and white outfits and happily played their instruments. Meanwhile, frontman/lead singer Win Butler played cameraman for the first verse and chorus of the track, getting up close shots of his bandmates, the Tonight Show audience and, of course, himself.
Because why not? Selfies are all the rage, after all.
As they are apt to do, each member of Arcade Fire gave 110 percent for their Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon debut, with Win Butler ending the gig by climbing up the arms of studio audience members' chairs and rocking out in the rafters.

Arcade Fire's Tonight Show gig comes roughly two weeks before the band is set to kick off the North American leg of its Reflektor Tour. Alongside Dan Deacon and Kid Koala, Arcade Fire will kick things off on March 6 in Louisville, Ky., at the KFC Yum! Center.
