Rob Kardashian Shows Off His Weight Loss on Social Media

Rob Kardashian has remained in the public eye for reasons that haven't been so pleasant. From his break up with The Real host Adrienne Bailon, to his reality starred family, The Kardashians, to his battle with depression; which ultimately spiraled into a very apparent weight gain -- it's all been there. Recently, Kardashian reemerged on social media to show off his recent weight loss.

E Online shared how Rob, younger brother of Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars Kourtney, Kim and Khloe, is tackling his battle with his weight and showing off his slimmer frame on social media sites. Earlier this week, he posted a recent picture of himself on Instagram sitting in front of a half eaten plate of food with the remains of what looks to be cucumbers. A new diet may be the secret to his weight loss, which, according to the site, stemmed from the intake of a lot of milkshakes.

As of now, the reality star is reportedly more aware of his health and taking care of himself and his body by working out. According to a source, Kardashian is determined to lose more than one hundred pounds and from the looks of it, is off to a great start. People reported that "the only male sibling in the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan" may have taken a "lengthy hiatus" but is showing a "gradual return" to not only social media but to his old self.

Kardashian is one of many celebrities who have suffered from depression after a very public break up. Kardashian and Bailon dated for two years, according to Daily Mail. The split was the center of many Twitter rants and sibling disagreements between the Kardashian sisters, Khloe and Kim, who came to their brother's defense when Bailon spoke openly about his cheating in the relationship. Ultimately, Bailon moved on in her personal dating life and career while Rob slowly disappeared from the spotlight.

It's nice to see him bounce back. Way to go Rob.
