Watch Florence + The Machine Sing 'Happy Birthday' to Dad at Apple Music Festival [SETLIST]

Wrapping up this year's Apple Music Festival, Florence And The Machine closed their show with an expected, lively show at London's Roundhouse. Florence Welch executed her traditional twirls across stage as the band launched into riveting versions of fan favorite tracks, "Shake It Out" and "Ship To Wreck" before eventually asking the audience to break out into a crowd-wide "Happy Birthday" for her father's birthday.

Three days trailing her last performance at the capital's Alexandra Palace venue, the singer commanded the stage as she performed "Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)" while asking everyone at the Apple Music Festival to get "up on their feet," enciting even those in the balconies to liven up and dance.

Welch and company ran through a head-banging "Delilah," and an emotional rendition of the Candi Staton track she covered and topped UK charts with in 2009, "You've Got the Love," The singer then took the liberty to switch "How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful" into a more London weather-appropriate title of "How Big, How Grey, How Beautiful." Following the ode to the grey skies, was a touching version of "Cosmic Love," which Welch dedicated to her father who just so happened to be in the audience on his birthday, NME reports.

Welch than prompted a audience-wide "Happy Birthday" after thanking him for driving the band around in his van after the group was offered an opening spot for an 2008 MGMT tour but unable to get the funds for their own bus. The show rounded out with a riveting version of "Mother," with "Queen Of Peace" following and a final performance of fan-favorite, "Dog Days Are Over." Welch asked those in the crowd to take off an item of clothing and embrace their neighbor while three fans threw their shirts up on stage.

The show wasn't over, however--Florence and the Machine made a intense return to the stage for a performance of "What Kind Of Man," which made Welch drop to her knees and a rendition of "Drumming Song" before finally concluding their action-packed 90-minute set.

According to Stereogum, Florence and the Machine are slated to perform The Late Show With Stephen Colbert next week along with Australian rockers Tame Impala.
