TomorrowWorld Comments On Fans Stranded Over Weekend, Clarifies Refund Policy

In a statement posted on the festival's Facebook page, they kind of apologize, saying they "understand and hear your frustrations in the developments at TomorrowWorld." However they never really take any onus for poor planning and execution on a backup plan in the event of inclement weather. Instead blaming what occurred to thousands of stranded commuters to the festival on "a number of external factors."

TomorrowWorld has created an email address welisten@tomorrowworld.com for fans to send in their presumably bad stories to the festival.

Read a portion of the comment below.

"Our only goal was to create together with you the best weekend of the year, and we are heartbroken that we were not able to provide some of our precious fans with the full TomorrowWorld experience, which includes the complete journey to and from the festival.

The combination of your positive energy and our hard work did not shine through and we completely understand your dissatisfaction. TomorrowWorld was also let down by a number of external factors which did not allow us to provide you with the full experience you deserve. We realize we can't turn back time and make it perfect, but for those who wish to, we are here to communicate directly and listen to all your personal stories, frustrations and questions."

They also unveil the refund policy for everyone who bought Sunday tickets, select taxi and Uber rides and shuttle passes. Get all of the details on the TomorrowWorld website, which includes an email to answer all of your questions.

ID&T's TomorrowWorld was headlined by the likes of Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Bassnectar, Steve Angello, Hardwell and others. Despite the weather almost no performances were canceled.
