Justin Bieber and electronic heavyweight Skrillex continues as they tease a snippet of their new collaboration "Sorry" on Instagram with a short acoustic video.
The two announced "Sorry" earlier this week (Oct. 19) with an Instagram post of Bieber holding a sign that simply said, "Sorry, 5 Days." The build-up to this collaboration has been unfolding all week and the full version is slated to be released this Friday (Oct. 23).
Once again, "Sorry" was teased via Instagram and features Bieber and Skrillex sitting on a couch as Bieber croons out the songs lyrics. "Is it too late now to say sorry / Missing more than just your body," he sings, in what people are likely to assume is an ode to ex Selena Gomez and just how much he misses her.
In other "Jelena" news, a new collaboration with Gomez leaked onto Ovo Sound Radio and fans of the former couple went wild. The song is still untitled but many outlets are asserting that it is named "Strong."
The song is seemingly about the woes of a failed romantic relationship and how both yearn for it to have turned out differently.
It is understandable why some might feel this way, as Bieber's new album Purpose is set to drop mid next month (Nov. 13) and Gomez's Revival was just released.
It hasn't yet been reported as to whether the song with Gomez will appear on Purpose, but "Sorry" certainly will.
