It's official: Justin Bieber has done the time for his crime. The "Sorry" singer's probation has finally come to an end after that 2014 egging vandalism charge.
After pleading no content to misdemeanor vandalism, the "What Do You Mean?" singer paid $80,000 in compensation and was forced to undergo 12 various sessions of anger management counseling as well as complete 40 hour of community service as part of Volunteers of America's Family Homeless Shelter and The Gang Reduction & Youth Development Center, People reports.
The program manager of the Homeless Shelter, Donny Gomez, described the potentially reformed singer as a "great worker," saying that he "learned his lesson and will be a productive member of society and a great human being," according to TMZ.
Bieber's completion of his probation marks the end of a rough time in the 21-year-old singer's life. After a DUI arrest, the egging vandalism and a swarm of other controversies last year, Bieber has been on a redemption tour of sorts.
After making multiple appearances in the public eye on Ellen and a Comedy Central Roast, Bieber has once again found commercial music success. His new album Purpose is due for release on Friday, Nov. 13. The record is being led by singles "What Do You Mean?," "Sorry" and "I'll Show You."
