The knock out and huge loss of the UFC title for Ronda Rousey against Holly Holm on Saturday, was the fight that trended on social media with a flood of comments, concerns and several funny but, not so funny memes. Everyone from celebrities to supporters had a response to Rousey's loss, but true supporters just wanted to know if she was okay and what, if anything, is next for the fighter. Rousey put those supporter's hearts at ease by ignoring the memes, but letting them know she's fine.
The fight, which UFC president Dana White says "broke all records" and bars by being shown all around the world in countries like, "U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada" as reported by TMZ. The fight took place in Australia and was Rousey's first loss in her MMA career. The second round knockout landed Rousey in an Australian hospital where she stayed overnight "depressed and bummed out" according to the site. White reported that the hospital room was pretty quiet throughout the night, with not much talking going on. "The last thing a fighter wants to do is talk about a fight when they lose," White stated according to TMZ.
Although Rousey wasn't talking about her loss at the time, that didn't stop everyone else from talking about it. People like singer Lady Gaga, rapper 50 Cent and boxer Laila Ali, all had something to say about Rousey and her loss.

According to US Magazine Lady Gaga responded to Rousey with her own Instagram photo with a caption that read, "that's what you get for not touching gloves!" Laila Ali, daughter of boxing champion Muhammad Ali also responded during an interview with TMZ Sports where she reportedly stated, "in order to be the best in the world, you definitely don't ever get beat up like that in your prime, period." Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump also shared his views on the Rousey knock out with this tweet.
Ultimately, fans just wanted to know if Rousey was okay. An outpour of comments and support flooded Twitter with the hashtag #RondaRousey. Supporter, Paul Phelan stated what most Rousey fans are probably believing, "she will come back stronger."
According to Perez Hilton, that's exactly what Rousey assured her fans, she will be back. In a released statement on Instagram she posted:
The UFC president assures there will be a rematch. According to TMZ, White stated, "there will absolutely be a rematch. It's the fight that makes sense."
