Freddie Gibbs has unveiled a new single from his album Shadow Of A Doubt that is slated for release tomorrow, Nov. 20. The Piñata rapper has teamed up with Gucci Mane and E-40 on his new single "10 Times."
Linking up with Sid "Speakerbomb" Miller, the trio of rappers each provide their own flare to the track, spitting bars about romancing some unknown woman. It is remarkable that Gibbs was able to Gucci Mane on this track considering that he has been in jail for quite some time. He also ends his verse with the ironic line, "And if I'm ever in the jail better send me something baby."
Gibbs kicks things off with his own verse, pulling out some braggadocios line of his own with that smooth flow that he has. "F*ck with Gangsta Gibbs in the city, get you touched nigga /Number one pick, Big Dog on the Bucks n*gga," he raps to finish the verse.
E-40 caps off the track with his own verse before Gibbs come back with the hook, which talks about the struggle of being with a really attractive woman and the temptation of their equally attractive friends. The veteran Bay Area rapper has become the go-to man for features. People just need that bay area sound for a quick hyphy feature.
