On Thursday (Dec. 3), rock music lost a legend. Stone Temple Pilots frontman and Velvet Revolver singer Scott Weiland was found dead on his tour bus in Minnesota.
Though details surrounding his death remain scarce, it is well known that the 48-year-old rocker had struggles with drug addiction throughout his short life.
Weiland has been a longtime member of the rock community, and the surprising news of his passing has dominated talk on social media this morning (Dec. 4) as those who knew him flood Twitter with their thoughts, remembrances and prayers.
