Tweens, rejoice! It seems like pop stars Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber have a duet together on the way.
Yesterday (May 2), Bieber congratulated Grande for her new single "Problem" reaching No. 1 on iTunes via his Instagram, and he did so with a little teaser pic (seen above) of the two in a recording studio.
"congrats @arianagrande on your number 1 song #arianabieberduet??" he captioned.
Though Bieber posed the collaboration as little more than a possibility, Grande pretty much confirmed that a song was in the works on her Twitter.
"Thank u Justin!! Secrets out now," she wrote.
The fact that Grande and Bieber are working together for new music should come as no real surprise to either Beliebers of Arianators. The two are noted friends in the music industry and share manager Scooter Braun, who likely had a heavy hand in the duet coming together.
This song won't be the first that Grande recorded with a fellow Braun-managed artist. Her debut album Yours Truly featured the song "Almost Is Never Enough" with The Wanted's Nathan Sykes (whom Grande later dated for five months).
The details of her collaboration with Bieber, of course, remain a secret for now, but it's likely that the track will wind up on Grande's upcoming second studio album, due out this fall.
