Two days after announcing that he will be releasing a new project next month, Wiz Khalifa is back on our screens with a new video. The visual is for his newest single, "King of Everthing," and features Khalifa lighting up, skateboarding and hanging out with models. Living the life. Check it out below.
During his announcement, Khalifa informed his fans that he will be dropping, Project Khalifa in January. He is also due to release his next studio album, Rolling Papers 2: The Weed Album, in 2016. And yes, he just released Cabin Fever 3 on December 15th. Quite the busy man! But not busy enough to spend time with his family during the holidays.
Khalifa spent the Christmas holiday with his son, Bash and his ex, Amber Rose. The duo along with their son had a grand time dancing in their pjs and spending time together. Rose posted the video below on Instagram:
Of course the video started the swirls of rumors that Rose and Khalifa were getting back together. But nothing has been confirmed by either party. The couple broke up back in 2014 when Rose accused Khalifa of cheating on her.
Rumors or not, Khalifa is focusing on his music. The rapper was just nominated for three Grammys for his track with Charlie Puth, "See You Again." They were nominated for the following:
-Song of the Year
-Best Pop Duo/Group Performance
-Best Song Written for Visual Media
The single was a part of the soundtrack for the movie, Furious 7. It was also a tribute to the late Paul Walker. The song was such a touching song and made a great impression on Khalifa's fans. It was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 consecutive weeks and got over a billion hits on YouTube. It has even been Golden Globe nominated for Best Original Song.
Let's hope the song takes at least one of these awards home!
