Over the Christmas holiday, songwriter Glass John threw out some pretty major accusations regarding Rihanna's eight studio album ANTI and credited Travi$ Scott as the reason for the album's highly publicized delays. On Monday (Dec. 28), Scott took to his Snapchat and addressed rumors that he is to blame for the R8 delays, and he claims he has nothing to do with it.
In a long Twitter tirade, John blamed Scott for the many ANTI delays, an accusation he was quick to write off.
In a simply captioned Snapchat message Scott told his fans (and co-writers): "Don't believe this sh*t" as he browsed an article about Glass' statements.
For months, The Rodeo rapper and Rihanna have been romantically linked, despite her immediately shooting down the rumors on Instagram and letting the world know that she is a single woman.
It was later revealed that the two had been working closely together on her upcoming album, which is probably one of the reasons why John pointed the finger at Scott to begin with. Scott is also scheduled to join Rihanna on the North American leg of her Anti World Tour come spring 2016.
At this juncture, fans have no release date for the long awaited project. In the meantime, fans have Rihanna's AntiDiary campaign to tide them over as she has released footage for doors 6 and 7. It looks like Rihanna Navy will just have to keep their ears peeled for the arrival of R8.
