Exeter is obviously the underdog of this match, but manager Paul Tisdale revealed to his team's website that that his players are ready to leave it all on the pitch today.
"Win, lose or draw, you'd look at it as a positive. We haven't thought of it as a hindrance for one minute, but you have to go into any game in a positive focus," the coach said. "We have ours, and know what we're trying to do on Friday night, but the reality is that we have nothing to lose. I just hope that the club puts themselves into the bright lights on Friday night."
Tisdale also said that Exeter will attack the goal despite speculation around the team only focusing on defending.
'We are not just going to sit back and defend," the manager said, according to The Daily Mail. "I don't want to do that, we need to have some intent about us. I don't think we should hold back and wait for the game to happen. We need to go out and give it a go and get the balance right between risk and reward. It's a compromise between how much you risk, but we can play with no fear."
