Interim Chelsea manager, Guus Hiddink, shared an injury update with the press ahead of today's match.
"There were no injuries in the last game," he said, according to the team's website. "The only one who is not available yet is Eden Hazard although he is on the pitch working. I hope in the upcoming week he will have full training sessions and then we can decide if he can join us for the Arsenal game next weekend. [Radamel] Falcao is out too, we knew that. The rest are okay."
Falcao's injury has apparently hindered his return to Monaco, too, after some disappointment on loan in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Phil Jagielka of Everton, fresh off a draw with Manchester City, is ready for today's challenge.
"In the second half [at Manchester City] we let ourselves down a little bit on the ball," he said, according to PremierLeague.com. "Thanks to some good defending and fantastic goalkeeping, we managed to keep it at 0-0. The games are going to come thick and fast now, we have got Chelsea away on Saturday, so it will be an interesting couple of weeks or so."
