Joe Nichols just joined the list of new dads yesterday (May 20th) when his wife Heather gave birth to their second little girl. Georgia Nichols made her grand appearance at 8:06 a.m., weighing in at 7 lbs. 4 oz.

Joe posted the good news on his Facebook and shared that both mom and baby were doing great.

Since their wedding in 2007, Joe and Heather have battled infertility due to her having an auto-immune disease. They talked candidly about it on The View in 2012, sharing the difficult journey. Their daughter, Dylan (2) is truly a miracle baby as is Georgia.

Congrats to Joe, Heather, Dylan and Ashelyn, Joe's teenage daughter from a previous marriage.
