The top of the Billboard Hot 100 is looking pretty "Fancy" this week. After a three week hold by John Legend's "All Of Me," Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX have arrived at the No. 1 spot in the United States, as the sassy single "Fancy" rises in chart points.
Yes, "Fancy" comes in at No. 1 this week, thanks to a massive increase in sales for Azalea and XCX, with the song moving 336,000 copies and surpassing Ariana Grande's "Problem" (feat. Iggy Azalea) for the first time, according to Billboard. Azalea also made major strides in radio play and streaming, easily nabbing the Australian rapper the top spot.
Azalea is facing back-to-back chart topping positions. She holds the No. 2 spot in the country as well, thanks to her guest spot on Grande's "Problem," which reached its peak this week, despite falling from its No. 1 spot on the Digital Sales chart for the first time since its sky high debut. "Problem" moved 284,000 copies this week, bounced up on Radio Songs though it slid down on demand streaming. All in all, though, Grande has no "Problem" on the charts and can likely still expect a No. 1 hit this summer for herself.
After three weeks at No. 1, John Legend's "All of Me" stumbled to No. 3 this week, despite its lead on the radio. Legend just can't keep up with digital sales, and slipped to 147,000 copies this week, a far cry from Azalea's and Grande's numbers.
The shakeup at the top of the chart is big news for Azalea, but the next few spots of the Hot 100's top 10 remain stagnant. Pharrell Williams is stuck at No. 4 with "Happy," DJ Snake and Lil Jon are still "Turn Down For What" at No. 5, Katy Perry is resting on her and Juicy J's "Dark Horse" at No. 6 and Jason Derulo has his "Talk Dirty" at No. 7.
Justin Timberlake's record-smashing "Not A Bad Thing" slipped to No. 9 on the Hot 100.
Two new songs cracked the top 10 this week, however. Nico & Vinz's Euro-dance hit "Am I Wrong" vaulted up from No. 17 to No. 8 this week, thanks to massive sales (a No. 3 spot, at 156,000 copies sold) and 3.1 million streams.
Derulo appears twice on the Hot 100, rounding things out with his Snoop Dogg-assisted ode to the derriere, "Wiggle," which arrived at No. 10.
