Atlanta rockers The Coathangers shared the title track of their upcoming 2016 record, Nosebleed Weekend, this week, giving fans another reason to get excited for their upcoming US tour dates. Turn up your volume and rock out to this fuzzy number right here:
"#TBE the Curse of Mayweather" is the newest track from Jay Electronica, and having a boxer's name in the title is pretty appropriate. The rapper doesn't hold back in his verses, calling out 50 Cent and multi-Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar. Listen to this diss track right here:
Stepping away from more aggressive songs, Weezer released the new tune "L.A. Girlz" this week, accompanied soon after by a brand new music video!
Canadian indie-rockers Tokyo Police Club announced a new EP this week, entitled Melon Collie and the Infinite Radness (Part 1), referring to the Smashing Pumpkins record with a similar name. Listen to the first track off of the upcoming release, "Not My Girl," right here:
This week also featured some great covers! The Strokes' frontman Julian Casablancas shared a cover of The Velvet Underground's "Run Run Run," which makes it very clear that one of the singer's biggest influences was this iconic band. Meanwhile, the late David Bowie's "Cat People" got a makeover from Marilyn Manson.
Plus, Disclosure shared a "V.I.P." remix of their song with The Weeknd, "Nocturnal."
Though this song falls outside of the realm of covers and remixes, Kanye West and Nas teamed up on a new French Montana song, making for a great collaboration this week. Listen to "Figure it Out" right here!
We know that you can't get enough of FKA twigs, and we don't blame you. That's why this past week was pretty great for fans of the singer. Her latest song, "Good to Love" premiere a few days ago, with a new music video as well. Watch it right here:
While Natasha Khan recently released music as a member of Sexwitch, her Bat for Lashes outfit hasn't been heard from since 2012. Luckily for us, that changed this week. Listen to her newest song, "I Do," right here:
