Scottish producer and DJ Hudson Mohawke went on a bit of a Twitter rant this week, claiming that he was never paid for a number of unreleased songs by international hip-hop heavyweights Kanye West and Drake. Though he has deleted his original tweet, the Life of Pablo collaborator threatened to leak these songs since he was never compensated. After a short period of time, however, Hudson Mohawke has backed away from his threats and tried to help the situation pass without any trouble.

"Literally about to release zip of Kanye and Drake songs I've done that I got [zero] for," he posted to Twitter, but then quickly deleted the post, according to The Smoking Section.
According to the deleted Twitter post, Mohawke claims his material was used without his knowing, but he found out when a song was released. He hasn't named the song, but he tweeted that a simple addition of one percussion instrument was the only difference from his production and the song. He has since deleted this message as well.
We're happy that Hudson Mohawke isn't facing any legal troubles, but it would've been pretty cool to hear some unreleased Drake and/or Kanye tracks!
While he definitely sounded aggravated in his earlier messages, after deleting them it seemed like he changed his mood. He sent out a number of Twitter messages to his supporters in a heartfelt turnaround.
