Pumpkin was a steady hand in the ever changing Los Angeles DJ scene. He was frequently called upon by Los Angeles artist collective and event company The DoLab and has played festivals on the West Coast like Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella and DoLab's Lightning In A Bottle.
He has released records on Jumpsuit Records and Vermin Street, while also releasing official and unofficial remixes for the likes of Florence + The Machine, David Bowie, Peter Gabriel and others.
He was reportedly driving on his way to a gig at Head for the Hills Festival in Kerrville, Texas at the time of the accident. His manager Santiago Torrecilla confirmed to Billboard that both drivers died in the accident.
