Members of the girl group Fifth Harmony have suddenly cancelled their last remaining U.S. stops for the 7/27 tour in September. It is not clear what caused the cancellation since the band hasn't provided a statement about it yet.
According to the information provided by Ticketmaster, Camilla Cabello, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Lauren Jauregui and Ally Brooke were supposed to be in Washington, California and Nevada from Sept. 13 to 17 for the world tour of their 7/27 album.
Without any explanation from the members of the band, their performances for these dates were suddenly cancelled. These were supposed to be their last four stops in the country before heading to Mexico on Sept. 27. Like in their previous performances, JoJo and Victoria Monet were also supposed to accompany Fifth Harmony during these dates.
As noted by Perez Hilton, poor ticket sales is probably not a reason behind the cancellation. Fans of the band pointed out that tickets for some of these cancelled dates, particularly the one for Auburn, Washington, were almost sold out.
A possible theory behind the cancellation is the rumored tension within the group. According to Unreality TV, Kordei was recently asked to complement each of her bandmates. Although she was able to provide lengthy and sweet descriptions for Brooke, Jane and Jauregui, she struggled when she was asked to complement Cabello. In addition, a previous report by Perez Hilton revealed that the rest of the girls celebrated the Fourth of July without her.
Hopefully, though, the band will be able to clarify the real reason why it decided to cancel some of its upcoming shows soon.
