LeAnn & Eddie + Brandi = Yet Another Lawsuit

With their new reality show, LeAnn & Eddie, ready to hit the airwaves on July 17th, the couple isn't taking any breaks. They were recently in Malibu where LeAnn was involved in what could possibly turn out to be one of the most bizarre photo shoots of the year! She was rockin' a black bikini (normal beach attire) but there were elves (yes, I said elves, as in Santa ho ho ho) and wrapped gifts. While an early Christmas card photo would seem likely, Eddie wasn't a part of the shoot (other than to be there with her) so one has to wonder if she has a new holiday project in the works and if these weren't, perhaps, pictures for the CD insert/cover?

The next day, LeAnn tweeted that she was writing with Rodney Jerkins and Darrell Brown while Rodney tweeted that he was having fun in the studio creating with LeAnn and Darrel.

Then on the third day (July 3), she guest hosted E News!

Eddie's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, has been busy on another front. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has hired a lawyer after clips surfaced of Eddie and LeAnn talking trash about her on the upcoming show, violating a clause in the divorce settlement that keeps them from publicly trashing each other.

The act of hiring a lawyer has many in the entertainment world laughing hysterically as it seems more than a little hypocritical that Brandi would try to enforce a clause that she herself has broken repeatedly.
