Yuna and Usher have an undeniable chemistry or "magic" that they are far from ashamed of sharing with the world.
Usher took a moment to post about their "magic" on Twitter while his "Crush partner revealed her feelings during the 2016 Soul Train Awards red carpet interview with Music Times writer Wanda Coppage.
Monday, Nov. 14 marked the 29th birthday of the Malaysian-born beauty, Yuna.
Usher Raymond, the featured artist on the single "Crush," couldn't let the day pass without showing some love to the now 29-year-old Chapters singer with a beautiful message.
"Happy Birthday to a beautiful soul and friend. Let's continue to make magic, Yuna," Raymond captioned the tweet.
Though "magic" wasn't the exact word used to describe the synergy between she and Raymond during her red carpet interview, it definitely sums it up.
"He was amazing. He was super sweet, super down to earth," described Yuna of her experience working with Raymond.
"You can tell he's really professional and really passionate about music. He really wants to get everything right. ...Being in his presence was just like really inspiring, you know. Seeing how you can be as successful as he is and also be really, really down to earth. It's amazing to see, you don't get to see that often" she continued.
Usher's success has really took off in 1994 with the release of his debut self-titled album, Usher. Now, almost 23 years later, Raymond is still reaching success in his music career.
His latest single, "Missin U," off of his latest album, Hard II Love currently holds the #10 position on the Billboard Adult R&B chart.
The Verge and RCA records artists also have something else in common - they're both nominated for a 2016 Soul Train Award.
Though Usher didn't perform during this year's ceremony, Yuna did.
She took the stage twice during the Soul Train Weekend events performing as an opening act for Monica Thursday night at Acoustically Speaking. And on Sunday at the Orleans Arena for the Centric Presents Soul Train Awards.
Watch the award show when it airs on BET Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. (EST)
