Hangout Festival has announced its 2017 lineup. Among those headlining the Alabama festival include Frank Ocean, Twenty One Pilots, Mumford & Sons and Chance The Rapper.
Other names at the top of the bill include DJ Snake, MGMT, Major Lazer, Weezer, Sigur Rós, Band of Horses and Marshmello.
The 2017 lineup is dominated by electronic acts all the way from the top of the bill to the bottom.
Some big name Djs will join the fun including Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, Major Lazer, Marshmello and Cash Cash. Then there will be some live electronic acts such as Arizona, MGMT, Rufus Du Sol, Bob Moses and Gryffin all on the bill.
The lineup won't just be electronic acts however. The very top of the bill has some indie and rock names. Band of Horses, Mumford & Sons, Young The Giant, The Head and The Heart, Franz Ferdinand, who are making a surprising comeback after going silent for the past few years, Mutemath and Pvris.
There will be some notable rappers and R&B singers beyond Frank Ocean and Chance The Rapper as well. Tory Lanez, A$AP Ferg, Lil Yachty, Tkay Maidza and Towkio are among those performing.
The most notable name on the list is Frank Ocean. While the inclusion of Sigur Rós will be exciting to a lot of fans since they don't do many gigs like this, Frank has not done a proper tour in nearly three years. Earlier today he announced two gigs at Lovebox in London and NorthSide Festival in Denmark.
According to Consequence of Sound, he will also perform at Sasquatch and Panorama Festival, in addition to Hangout.
Hangout Festival will take place from May 19-21, 2017. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Dec. 1 at 12 p.m. EST, 11 a.m. CST. Pick them up on the festival's website. Find the complete lineup below.
