Demi Lovato shocked fans when she shared a kiss with her tourmate, Kehlani. The kiss was captured on social media.
The Magical Moment
On Monday, April 2, the former X Factor USA judge joined Kehlani on stage during the last show of the North American leg of her Tell Me You Love Me concert tour. According to Billboard, the "Keep On" singer snuck onto the stage at Newark, New Jersey's Prudential Center while Lovato was performing her song, "Lonely."
Kehlani, who wore a leather outfit, grabbed the singer from behind and the duo shared a tender moment in front of thousands of Lovato's fans.
As two shirtless male dancers watched the kiss unfold, Lovato decided to gently push Kehlani onto a prop bed that she was using for the song. While the dancers left the stage, Lovato shared a tender moment with her, and the two embraced in a hug as the song concluded. Both singers posted about what took place on stage on their Instagram accounts. Kehlani revealed in her tender post that she appreciated Lovato inviting her on tour and stated that she would be a forever fan.
"Tonight, your dancers put me up to this, but anyone would be not to jump at the chance to hop on that damn moving bed and grab your face," Kehlani wrote in an Instagram post.
Entertainment Tonight added that Lovato loved the impromptu performance and went onto Instagram to praise Kehlani. The "Give Your Heart A Break" singer wrote with profanity that she genuinely appreciated their magical moment.
Miley And Khaled
In addition to her tender moment with Kehlani, Lovato also recently created memories with other superstar performers. On March 24, Lovato reunited with childhood friend and fellow Disney Channel alum Miley Cyrus in Washington D.C. The two of them were performers at the March For Our Lives event, which was organized by the survivors of the deadly shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
DJ Khaled, who also joined Lovato for the Tell Me You Love Me concert tour, recently revealed his favorite moment from the experience. The Four: Battle for Stardom expert stated that he was moved when they sang "Happy Birthday" to Lovato as she revealed her six years of sobriety.
The Song Selections
Lovato had the opportunity to reinvent one of music icon Sir Elton John's iconic songs. The "Skyscraper" singer collaborated with rapper Q-Tip and transformed "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" into a hip-hop song. Meanwhile, Lovato teamed up with DJ Khaled to record both a song and music video for "I Believe," a track for the A Wrinkle In Time soundtrack.
