Rappers Nicki Minaj and Eminem might have already denied rumors that they are romantically involved, but sparks definitely fly between them.
The "Chun-Li" lyricist trolled her fans by admitting that she has bagged the Em and then later on having a representative clarify that she is, in fact, kidding. Interestingly, Eminem further fueled the romance rumors when he asked his fans if they want him to date her during his performance.
Eminem Fuels Nicki Minaj Dating Rumors
The flirty exchange happened on Sunday, May 27, at the Boston Calling music festival. Eminem headlined the event and in the middle of his set, he paused to address the dating rumors.
"I wanna take this time now to give a shout my bae Nicki Minaj," he said. "Sweetheart, I'll be home tonight to figure this shit out."
He then asked fans if they agree with him on dating her. He received an enthusiastic response from the crowd.
"God damn it, me too!" Eminem said.
Shortly after, Minaj responded to the viral video. She said that she is willing to go on a date with him as long as it happens inside the studio while he writes his collaboration with her as part of her upcoming Queen album.
Nicki Minaj, Eminem Are Both Single
The two seem like they are still playing around, but there is no better time for the rappers to start dating than now. After more than six months of dating, Minaj and Nas reportedly ended their relationship in January because they simply could not handle a long distance relationship. Nas is currently residing in Los Angeles while Minaj spends most of her time in Miami.
Meanwhile, Eminem reportedly dated model Sarah Ashley Toups in February. The Instagram star also appeared in the music video of his collaboration with Ed Sheeran titled "River."
A leaked video showed the two kissing in what appears to be a hotel room. However, neither party has confirmed the dating rumors.
Back in December, the Grammy-winning rapper admitted to Vulture that he has used dating apps such as Tinder and, jokingly, Grindr to find love.
