Future, Young Thug, and Quavo surprise fans with the release of their previously recorded track "Upscale." As of late, it is still unclear whether or not the song will be part of an album.
"Upscale" features Cassius Jay's beat that is similar to what fans might have heard on Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy album. All three artists' voices are featured in the song. However, Quavo appears to have the longest airtime.
Young Thug and Future alternate lines on the song. At one point, the latter made references to Diddy and Fabulous on his verse. "Upscale" is not the first collaboration between Future, Young Thug, and Quavo. The trio previously worked together on Super Slimey.
The musicians also share a close friendship with each other that they had their names tattooed on their bodies. In May, Young Thug told Spotify that he feels their bond will last forever.
More Releases Soon
In related news, fans of Future, Young Thug, and Quavo can expect more surprise releases from the rappers in the coming weeks. Southside revealed last year that Young Thug and Future have tons of unreleased materials in their vault.
"Honestly, these aren't even the hardest 13 songs, this is just like a teaser. They have some very, very epic music together. It might be What A Slime to Be Alive up next. You never know, we are with the element of surprise," said Southside.
